New users receive a 28-day free trial with full Pro access. During the trial, Pro features are limited to one (1) car and one (1) track — the first car and track you save. To unlock unlimited cars, tracks and features, upgrade to a paid Pro plan at any time. The trial is available once per user.
Paid Pro plans renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Membership screen via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep full Pro access until the end of your current paid period, after which your account reverts to the free plan.
Your setups, motors, tires, batteries and race logs are stored with your account. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your saved data — it remains available if you resubscribe. You can delete your own saved items at any time from within the app. We do not sell your personal data.
Setup suggestions, handling feedback and other recommendations provided by "Ask Barry" or any AI feature in this app are generated by artificial intelligence. AI advice may not always be 100% correct and should be treated as a guide, not a guarantee. Always use your own judgement and experience, and verify any change before relying on it on the track.
My RC Race Engineer, its developers and affiliates are not liable for any damage to persons or property arising from advice given by this app. You use all suggestions, setup changes and recommendations entirely at your own risk. RC vehicles can be fast, heavy and dangerous — follow all manufacturer instructions, track rules and local laws, and wear appropriate safety gear.
You agree to use this app lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt its services. We may update or discontinue features at any time without notice. Pricing and features may change; existing subscriptions continue on the terms agreed at purchase until renewal.
The app links to third-party timing services (e.g. RC Scoring Pro, LiveRC, LiveTime) and Stripe for payments. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability or practices of those third parties.
